Utility Payments Refund Policy

1. Refunds shall be allowed only if multiple payments are made for the same service. Refunds shall be sent back to the original payment method. Depending on the payment method, it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.

2. Customer shall be solely responsible for each payment transaction, whether through his/ her card, net banking, UPI or other such online modes. Further, the Customer shall also be liable for the losses arising out of any unauthorized transactions occurring through his/her accounts, without any liability of the Company.

3. Bill Payments will not allow cancellations since the Customer is paying dues.

4. Service charges deducted by the service provider are non-refundable.

5. Company reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
